BLACKPINK’s ROSÉ is hyping up JENNIE’s latest solo release! Shortly after “ExtraL” featuring Doechii dropped on February 21, ROSÉ took to Instagram Stories to share a screenshot from the music video, captioning it “this girlll” with two heart emojis. She also encouraged fans to stream the track, writing, “ExtraL out now!!!”
“ExtraL” sees JENNIE and Doechii trade verses before joining forces on the chorus, delivering a confidence-filled anthem for their “ladies.” The song will appear on JENNIE’s debut solo album, ‘Ruby,’ set for release on March 7. The album also includes the previously released “Mantra” and “Love Hangover” featuring Dominic Fike.
BLACKPINK’s Reunion Is Coming!
BLACKPINK recently announced a world tour kicking off in July 2025, marking their first full-group activity in over a year. Alongside the tour, new BLACKPINK music is officially on the way—ROSÉ confirmed the news herself!
The members have been busy with their solo careers:
🎶 ROSÉ released her debut album ‘rosie’ in December, featuring the Billboard Global 200 chart-topper “APT.” with Bruno Mars.
💘 JISOO dropped her EP ‘Amortage’ on Valentine’s Day.
💿 LISA will release her debut album ‘Alter Ego’ on February 28.
Despite their solo projects, the group has remained close. In her Billboard cover story, JENNIE shared:
“Even though we know we can’t see each other so much, it doesn’t feel any different because we know we’re here for each other. If there’s anything to celebrate, we’re all in it together.”
