K-pop girl group Loossemble, formed by former LOONA members Hyunjin, Yeojin, Vivi, Gowon, and Hyeju, have officially ended their contract with their agency CTDENM. The announcement came on November 29 via the group’s fancafe, where CTDENM shared, “The exclusive contract with Loossemble has ended,” and expressed gratitude for the group’s time with the agency while wishing them well in their future endeavors.
While it remains unclear if Loossemble will disband or sign with a new agency, member Hyeju reassured fans on the messaging platform Fromm, stating, “We’ll still be seeing each other,” and told fans not to worry.
Loossemble debuted in September 2023 under CTDENM with a self-titled EP following their departure from their former agency Blockberry Creative. The quintet released three mini-albums, including ‘TTYL’ this September, and completed a U.S. tour between September and October this year.
This announcement comes amid a separate headline in the K-pop world: NewJeans held an emergency press conference on November 28, revealing their departure from HYBE’s ADOR label after ongoing disputes.
